Once we have seen the aspect of God’s throne in the “New Jerusalem” and the “True Tabernacle”, we are hardly surprised to see Heaven as the “Throneroom of God.” The difference between this picture and the others is that it stresses the aspect of God as the Sovereign King.
The Throneroom is where God is seated (unchallenged, and with no unfinished work); where He reigns supremely and executes judgment, and where He is worshipped. His benevolence is plain in that overcomers sit with him judging the nations, and his bondservants see his face.
In contrast, there are those outside the throneroom who have been banished to RECEIVE God’s eternal judgment and scorn.
